Express Employment Professionals is hiring experienced Flowback Operators to support completion operations in the Midland area.
Pay:
💰 $20–$28/hr (DOE)
Responsibilities:

Monitor well flow and production rates during completion

Operate flowback equipment including separators and tanks
-
Record pressures, temperatures, and production data
-
Ensure proper equipment setup and breakdown
-
Maintain strict safety compliance on location
Qualifications:
-
1–3+ years flowback experience preferred
-
Knowledge of completion operations and well testing
-
Ability to work long shifts and rotational schedules
-
Strong safety mindset
-
Valid driver’s license
