Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Specialist (Midland, TX)
Specialized Recruiting Group is hiring an experienced Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Specialist for a full-time, long-term opportunity in Midland, TX. This role requires strong accounting knowledge and experience handling financial transactions, invoices, and accounting systems.
Pay: $20 – $25/hour (depending on experience)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Responsibilities:

Process Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable transactions

Manage open invoices and payment tracking

Review and reconcile financial records

Maintain accurate documentation and financial reports

Work with ticketing systems and accounting records

Utilize QuickBooks for daily accounting tasks
Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of AP/AR experience

Experience managing open invoices and financial transactions

Proficiency in QuickBooks
-
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
