Key Responsibilities:

Safely operate a CDL winch truck to transport equipment and materials

Load and unload equipment using the winch and rigging equipment

Secure loads properly using chains, binders, and straps

Transport equipment to and from job sites safely and efficiently

Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
-
Maintain accurate driver logs and DOT documentation

Follow all company safety policies and DOT regulations

Communicate with dispatch, supervisors, and crew members as needed
Qualifications:

Valid CDL license required

Previous winch truck experience required

Knowledge of load securement and oilfield equipment transport

Strong work ethic and reliability

Ability to work 60 hours per week with a flexible schedule

Comfortable working outdoors and performing physical tasks
