Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Field Service Technician to join a dynamic team in the Midland area. This is a great opportunity for someone who is mechanically inclined and enjoys working in the field on a variety of equipment.
Schedule:
Monday – Saturday | 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance and repairs on pumps, air compressors, light towers, and off-road equipment
- Diagnose mechanical issues and complete repairs efficiently
- Travel to various job sites (approximately 90% fieldwork)
- Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with company standards
Requirements:
- Valid Driver’s License (required)
- H2S Certification (required)
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel frequently throughout the workday
