Key Responsibilities:
- Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on processing equipment (mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration systems)
- Inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC systems (filter changes, coil cleaning, basic diagnostics)
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues to minimize downtime and keep operations running smoothly
- Conduct routine facility inspections (plumbing, electrical, lighting, basic carpentry)
- Assist with sanitation and cleanliness alongside production and warehouse teams
- Respond to facility emergencies and be available for occasional after-hours or weekend calls
- Must be EPA certified

- Experience in maintenance (industrial or facility preferred)
