Express Employment Professionals is currently hiring motivated Field Technicians to support operations on customer fracking locations throughout the Permian Basin. If you enjoy hands-on work, operating in a fast-paced environment, and being part of a hardworking field crew, this opportunity is for you.
This position is responsible for rigging up and rigging down company and third-party equipment while ensuring all systems and connections are fully functional and operating safely.
What You’ll Do
- Rig up and rig down oilfield equipment on customer locations
- Safely operate forklifts during critical assembly lifts
- Assemble monobore equipment using hydraulic torque wrenches to API torque specifications
- Rig up low-pressure manifold systems
- Install butterfly valves and air-actuated systems
- Prepare API-type connections
- Verify torque connections and ensure proper functionality of all equipment
- Conduct field inventory and collect asset numbers
- Perform visual inspections and report damaged or malfunctioning equipment
- Clean and maintain company-owned tooling and equipment
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures at all times
- Assist with additional field duties as assigned
What We’re Looking For
- Strong commitment to safety and teamwork
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience preferred
- Forklift experience is a plus
- Oilfield or frac experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift, carry, and work in physically demanding environments
- Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
