Tank Technician

Location: Midland, TX
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour DOE (Depending on Experience)
Express Employment Professionals is currently seeking a motivated Tank Technician for a company in Midland, TX.
Responsibilities:
- Inspect, clean, repair, and maintain tanks and related equipment
- Perform pressure washing, coating, and preparation of tanks for service
- Conduct routine inspections to identify damage or maintenance needs
- Follow safety procedures and company guidelines at all times
- Complete maintenance records and work orders accurately
- Assist with loading, unloading, and moving equipment as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in tank maintenance, industrial labor, or oilfield operations preferred
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Must be able to lift, carry, and move heavy materials
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and teamwork
Schedule: Full-Time
Compensation: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour DOE
