Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour DOE (Depending on Experience)
Express Employment Professionals is currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Water Well Pump Installer / Service Technician for a company in Midland, TX.
Responsibilities:
- Install, service, troubleshoot, and repair water well pumps and related equipment
- Assist with the installation of piping, pressure tanks, and water systems
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues affecting pump performance
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on water well systems
- Operate tools, equipment, and service vehicles safely
- Maintain accurate service records and complete work orders
- Follow all safety procedures and company standards
Qualifications:
- Previous experience with water well systems, pumps, plumbing, electrical work, or related mechanical fields preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems and hand tools
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and materials as needed
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a team
Schedule: Full-Time
Compensation: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour DOE
