We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales Representative to join a growing team in Midland. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service and sales skills, enjoy building relationships with customers, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
- Provide exceptional customer service and support
- Assist customers with orders, pricing, and product inquiries
- Process and track customer orders accurately
- Pull parts and coordinate order fulfillment
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Support daily sales and office operations
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of customer service and/or inside sales experience
- Stable work history is required
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to sit, bend, and stoop throughout the workday
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
