📍 Midland, TX
💲 Starting at $20.00/Hour
🕒 Full-Time | Monday–Saturday | 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Express Employment Professionals is seeking an experienced Generator Technician to join a growing team in Midland!
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform daily maintenance and major repairs on generators and fleet equipment
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues
• Utilize manufacturer-specific diagnostic software to program and troubleshoot control systems
• Complete required service documentation and paperwork
• Travel to job sites to perform maintenance and repairs on customer-owned equipment
• Maintain assigned service vehicle, including inspections and routine upkeep
• Support team members and help improve equipment turnaround times
• Maintain a strong commitment to safety and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
• 2–5 years of generator, power generation, or temporary power experience
• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Understanding of electrical circuits and power systems
• Ability to use diagnostic software and specialty tools
• Must possess own hand tools and electrical tools
• Valid Driver's License required
• Ability to travel to customer locations as needed
