Express Employment Professionals is currently seeking a reliable and motivated PM Technician to join a growing team in Midland, TX. This role is ideal for candidates with preventative maintenance experience on heavy-duty and light-duty equipment, as well as commercial motor vehicle (CMV) tractors.
Job Responsibilities:
- Safely travel to and from assigned work sites
- Perform preventative maintenance (PM) services on heavy-duty and light-duty equipment
- Conduct PM services on CMV tractors
- Open and close work orders accurately and efficiently
- Perform basic diagnostics and defect reporting
- Maintain service records and documentation
- Ensure equipment is operating safely and efficiently
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with preventative maintenance on diesel and gas-powered equipment
- Basic diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Knowledge of CAT, Cummins, and Freightliner software is a plus
- Strong understanding of maintenance systems (M/X knowledge preferred)
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record preferred
