Are you experienced in Oil & Gas transportation and thrive in a fast-paced environment? We're looking for a dependable Bilingual Night Shift Dispatcher to join a growing team!
💲 Pay: $23/hour
🕖 Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 PM–7:00 AM
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and dispatch drivers efficiently throughout each shift.
- Serve as the main point of communication for drivers and customers.
- Monitor loads and ensure all trips are accurately documented.
- Communicate schedule updates and changes promptly.
- Provide drivers with the information needed to complete assignments safely and on time.
- Assist with staging equipment as needed to support daily operations.
- Help maintain a clean and organized office and shop environment.
Qualifications:
✔ Minimum 1 year of dispatching experience
✔ 3+ years of experience in the Oil & Gas transportation industry required
✔ Strong communication and organizational skills
✔ Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
✔ Must be able to pass a background check
