We're seeking an experienced Project Superintendent to oversee daily construction operations from project kickoff through completion. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced commercial construction environment and is committed to delivering projects safely, on time, and within budget.
What You'll Do:
- Manage daily field operations and jobsite activities.
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and material deliveries.
- Monitor project schedules and keep work progressing efficiently.
- Ensure quality workmanship and compliance with project specifications.
- Conduct regular jobsite inspections and maintain daily reports.
- Promote and enforce all jobsite safety requirements.
- Collaborate with project managers to resolve field issues and maintain project timelines.
- Review project progress, assist with punch lists, and help close out projects successfully.
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 5 years of commercial or industrial construction experience.
- Experience leading field crews and coordinating subcontractors.
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing and scheduling.
- Ability to read construction plans and specifications.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient with construction-related software and technology.
- Associate's degree in Construction Management or equivalent experience preferred.
