Chemical Blender –
Express Employment Professionals is currently hiring a Chemical Blender in Midland, TX. We are seeking a dependable, safety-focused candidate with chemical experience who is comfortable working in an industrial production environment.
Location: Midland, TX
Pay: $23.00–$27.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Job Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities
- Measure, mix, and blend chemicals according to batch instructions, formulas, and production requirements.
- Operate blending, mixing, pumping, and other production equipment safely and efficiently.
- Accurately weigh and measure raw materials used during the blending process.
- Transfer chemicals and finished products into designated tanks, totes, drums, or containers.
- Follow batch sheets, work orders, and written production procedures.
- Properly label and identify materials and finished products.
- Maintain accurate batch and production documentation.
- Inspect equipment and report mechanical, quality, or safety concerns.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all chemical handling, safety, and PPE requirements.
- Assist with additional production and warehouse duties as needed.
Requirements
- Previous chemical experience required.
- Chemical blending, batch manufacturing, chemical plant, or similar industrial experience strongly preferred.
- Ability to safely work around and handle chemicals.
- Ability to follow formulas, batch instructions, and safety procedures.
- Basic math and measurement skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Dependable attendance and ability to work the full Monday–Friday schedule.
- Ability to perform the physical duties required in a production environment.
- Forklift experience is a plus.
