Position Summary
Express Employment Professionals is seeking a skilled Welder to join a hydraulic component rebuild operation in the Midland, TX area. This position is responsible for the removal, installation, and rebuilding of hydraulic components on industrial and heavy equipment. The ideal candidate will have strong welding and mechanical skills, along with hands-on experience in hydraulic system repair.
Responsibilities
• Remove hydraulic components from equipment and install replacement units
• Rebuild cylinders, valves, pumps, motors, PTOs, and gearboxes to manufacturer specifications
• Perform welding and fabrication as required to complete repairs and rebuilds
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality and adherence to safety standards
Qualifications
• Proven welding experience with strong mechanical aptitude
• Prior experience with hydraulic components strongly preferred
• Ability to read and interpret technical specifications and diagrams
• Dependable, safety-conscious, and able to work independently
Schedule
Monday – Saturday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation
$20.00 – $35.00 per hour, commensurate with experience
