Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Non‑CDL Driver to transport goods efficiently and on time. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent driving record, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles (vans or box trucks) in compliance with all traffic laws and company policies
- Load, transport, and unload goods or materials to designated locations
- Plan and follow efficient routes and delivery schedules
- Inspect vehicles before and after each trip; report maintenance issues
- Maintain accurate delivery logs, route records, and fuel usage documentation
- Provide professional and courteous service to customers and clients
- Follow safety procedures and company guidelines at all times
- Assist with basic warehouse or loading tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Valid state driver’s license (CDL not required)
- Clean driving record with no major violations
- Previous delivery or driving experience
- Ability to operate GPS devices and mobile applications
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50–75 lbs (or as required)
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and sit for extended periods
- Comfortable driving for long periods of time
