Position Summary

The Assembly Associate is responsible for assembling components according to company specifications while maintaining productivity, quality, and safety standards. This role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment, use hand and power tools, and collaborate effectively with team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble components according to work orders and specifications.
• Read and interpret assembly instructions, production schedules, and product specifications.
• Inspect products for quality and accuracy throughout the assembly process.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment safely and effectively.
• Package finished products for shipment and ensure proper labeling.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Assist with inventory organization and material handling as needed.
• Report equipment issues, product defects, and safety concerns to supervisors.
• Meet established productivity and quality goals.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Previous assembly, manufacturing, warehouse, or carpentry experience is a plus.
• Ability to safely use hand and power tools.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the workday.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures.
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
