Location: Richmond
Compensation: $80,000 – $110,000 annually
Employment Type: Full-time, Direct Hire

A leading Commercial Construction Company is seeking an experienced Superintendent to join our team. This is a direct hire opportunity for a motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced field environment and is committed to safety, accuracy, and project success.
Key Responsibilities
- Track and manage projects, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and inspections
- Liaise with and schedule subcontractors to keep projects on track
- Verify pricing accuracy and maintain project budgets
- Oversee and update job schedules to meet deadlines
- Review and update drawings as needed to reflect project changes
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction or a trade firm
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Basic computer proficiency (scheduling, documentation, communication tools)
- Ability to work effectively in the field and coordinate multiple stakeholders
