About the Role

We are looking for a dependable Mixer Operator to join a manufacturing team. This position involves following written formulas, measuring materials accurately, and operating mixing equipment to produce consistent batches. The ideal candidate has prior industrial experience and is looking for a stable, long-term role. Forklift work is minimal (about 10% of the time), but recent forklift experience is required.

Key Duties

• Follow written instructions and formulas to mix materials accurately
• Measure, pour, and combine materials using scales and industrial mixers
• Monitor mixing processes and make adjustments as needed
• Label, package, and stage completed batches
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Move materials using a forklift or pallet jack (approximately 10%)
• Load, unload, and organize materials as needed
• Adhere to all safety rules and required PPE

Requirements

• Recent forklift experience
• Previous experience in an industrial, warehouse, or manufacturing environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions
• Seeking long-term employment and reliability is a must
