Location: Ashland, VA
Schedule: Full-time | M-F 8am-5pm
Pay: $20/hr 

? Job Summary

We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Assembly Associates to join a fast-paced warehouse team. This role focuses on assembling products using hand and power tools, ensuring all items are built accurately and meet quality standards before shipment.

? Key Responsibilities

• Assemble products according to instructions and specifications
• Use hand tools and power tools to complete builds efficiently
• Verify parts, materials, and finished products for accuracy
• Perform quality checks to ensure items meet company standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Work closely with picking and shipping teams to maintain workflow
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines

? Qualifications

• Previous assembly, warehouse, or production experience preferred
• Ability to use basic hand and power tools
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Reliable attendance and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude

? Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for the entire shift
• Frequent lifting, bending, and movement
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (team lift for heavier items)
