Box Truck Driver / Warehouse Associate

Pay: $22-24/hr
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 5:00 PM (some overtime required)
Location: Richmond Metro Area

Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Box Truck Driver / Warehouse Associate to join our team. This position is responsible for delivering materials to customer job sites throughout the Richmond Metro area using an automatic 26-foot box truck. When deliveries are complete, candidates will assist with warehouse operations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate an automatic 26-foot box truck to transport materials to job sites throughout the Richmond and surrounding area
• Load and unload materials from the truck
• Utilize pallet jack to move materials
• Verify delivery paperwork and ensure accurate deliveries
• Maintain a clean and organized vehicle
• Adhere to all DOT regulations and company safety policies
• Assist with warehouse duties when deliveries are not scheduled
• Work collaboratively with warehouse and site personnel

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Current DOT Medical Card required
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. unassisted (pushing and pulling 100+)
• Previous delivery driving and warehouse experience required
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to safety
• Ability to work overtime as needed
