Skilled Carpenter / Construction Technician (Temporary Assignment)
Looking for a hands-on construction professional who enjoys a variety of carpentry and renovation work? We are seeking a Skilled Carpenter to assist with an active refurbishment project. This is a temporary assignment expected to last approximately 3 to 4 weeks, with the potential for additional work based on project needs.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
Pay: $23-$25/hour
Responsibilities
- Perform drywall installation, repairs, and general carpentry work
- Complete flooring demolition and installation projects
- Assist with painting and paint spraying activities
- Install and replace electrical outlets and fixtures as directed
- Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Perform material handling and heavy lifting throughout the workday
- Support renovation and refurbishment projects to meet production deadlines
Qualifications
- Experience in carpentry, construction, remodeling, maintenance, or a related skilled trade
- Ability to use common hand and power tools
- Experience with drywall, painting, flooring, or general construction projects
- Basic electrical experience preferred
- Ability to regularly lift, carry, and move materials
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
