Job Title: General Labor – Asphalt Raking Crew
Overview:
Join our hardworking paving team as a General Laborer specializing in asphalt raking. We're looking for reliable and motivated individuals who are ready to work outdoors and support our crew in delivering top-quality paving jobs. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the construction and roadwork industry.

Responsibilities:
As part of our paving crew, you'll assist in laying and raking asphalt, maintaining a clean work area, and supporting the team in completing projects efficiently and safely.

Rake and smooth freshly laid asphalt to proper grade and finish

Assist with loading/unloading tools and materials at job sites

Maintain cleanliness and safety of the job site throughout the workday
Experience:
While prior experience is a plus, it's not required — we’re willing to train the right candidate who brings a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
