Overview
Join the team at Coming Attractions Theatres as a Theatre Assistant Manager, a key leadership role supporting the General Manager in the smooth operation of the theatre. This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and enjoys cinema culture. Must be at least 18 years old and able to fulfill key holder responsibilities.

Represent the company professionally and uphold high standards for staff and customer service

Oversee daily theatre operations including projection, box office, and concessions

Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming theatre environment for guests and staff
Responsibilities
As an Assistant Manager, you'll take charge of the theatre's day-to-day operations and be an integral part of our leadership team.

Supervise floor staff, manage building security, and handle disciplinary procedures

Perform opening/closing duties, make accurate deposits, and ensure reporting accuracy

Communicate with the Home Office and support the General Manager with administrative tasks
Experience
We’re looking for individuals who bring a mix of leadership, communication, and technical skills, along with a passion for creating great guest experiences.

Prior experience in retail, hospitality, or theatre operations is a plus

Strong communication and active listening skills; English fluency required

Comfortable with basic math, reporting, and staff training responsibilities
