Job Full Description
Job Title: PVC Pipe Production Associate
8 hr shifts while training then switching to 12-hour shifts (Day/Night availability required)
Overview
Join our team as a PVC Pipe utility worker, where you'll support the manufacturing process by handling, inspecting, and moving PVC pipe. This is a physically active role involving interaction with automated machinery and attention to quality standards in a fast-paced, yet steady environment.

Work 8 to 12-hour shifts with consistent standing, walking, bending, and lifting

Maintain productivity by keeping pace with automated equipment

Contribute to a team focused on quality and efficiency in production
Responsibilities
As a key part of our production line, you will ensure the smooth and safe handling of materials and equipment while maintaining high quality standards.

Stack, move, and position PVC pipes manually throughout the shift

Inspect machinery and products for defects or irregularities

Follow safety and quality protocols while supporting production targets
Experience
No prior manufacturing experience is required, but prior warehouse, production, or physical labor experience is a plus. We provide on-the-job training for the right candidate.

Physically capable of lifting and moving materials throughout a 12-hour shift

Comfortable working with automated machinery and maintaining production rhythm

Strong attention to detail and ability to identify product or equipment issues
