Overview
Join our hardworking, hands-on team in a fast-paced workshop environment supporting chainsaw maintenance and general shop operations. We're looking for a mechanically inclined individual with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn a variety of tasks from tool maintenance to customer service.

Responsibilities
As a Grinder in training, you’ll play a key role in day-to-day operations and customer service while ensuring tools and the workspace are kept in top condition.

Operate grinders and cut replacement chains for saws

Clean and maintain chains, sweep, break down boxes, and general shop cleanup

Answer phones and assist customers as needed
Experience
We’re seeking an individual with practical experience or a strong interest in mechanical work and shop maintenance.

Prior experience with metalwork, woodwork, or mechanical tasks preferred

Comfortable using hand tools and workshop equipment

Good communication skills and willingness to help customers
