Overview
Join our team as a Utility Pole Framer, where you'll play a vital role in preparing and processing wood products for treatment and distribution. This hands-on position is ideal for individuals who enjoy physical work, working with tools, and contributing to a safety-focused environment. You'll work with a team committed to quality, safety, and efficiency in all aspects of lumber yard operations.

Operate battery-powered drills and lift materials up to 50 lbs.

Prepare, inspect, and classify round wood stock for treatment and shipment.

Support overall yard operations, documentation, and safety procedures.
Responsibilities
As a key member of the yard crew, your daily tasks will include material processing, tool operation, documentation, and support of the safety program.

Operate hand and framing tools to cut, drill, gain, tag, and clean poles.

Inspect and verify quality and classification of round wood stock.

Maintain tools, supplies, and a clean, organized work area.
Experience
We’re looking for reliable, detail-oriented individuals with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

Previous experience in a lumber yard, construction, or similar physical labor role preferred.

Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and using hand/power tools.

Strong understanding of safety protocols and workplace documentation.
