Overview

Join a dynamic fabrication team supporting the production of high-quality custom pieces.

Ideal for individuals who are hands-on, reliable, and eager to learn from experienced fabricators.

Work in a collaborative environment where attention to detail and a strong work ethic are key.
Responsibilities
-
Assist with general labor tasks including lifting, moving, and organizing materials up to 75 lbs occasionally.

Operate a variety of hand tools including drills, hand-held planers, sanders, and hole punchers.

Follow instructions from lead fabricators to support project completion on time and to standard.
Experience
-
Prior experience in a wood shop or similar hands-on environment is a plus.

Familiarity with fabrication tools and safety procedures.

Capable of working independently and with a team in a fast-paced setting.
Requirements

Reliable with a strong work ethic and willingness to take direction.

Physically able to lift heavy materials and perform repetitive tasks as needed.

Interest in learning and growing within a fabrication or skilled trade career path.
