Job Posting: Construction Laborer – Residential & Commercial Projects
Overview

Seeking a reliable Construction Laborer with experience in both residential and commercial settings.

Projects involve underground pipe laying and framing work across Lewis, Thurston, and Pierce Counties.

This is a hands-on role requiring physical stamina, precision, and teamwork.
Responsibilities
-
Assist with underground pipe laying and framing walls under supervision.

Operate tools safely, including skill saws, pneumatic nail guns, and hand tools.

Perform physical labor such as digging, heavy lifting, bending, squatting, and standing for extended periods.
Experience
-
Prior experience on residential and commercial construction sites, particularly with underground pipe installation.

Ability to accurately read a tape measure and use construction tools safely and effectively.

Demonstrated skill in framing walls with supervision and following safety protocols.
Requirements

Reliable transportation to various job sites across Lewis, Thurston, and Pierce Counties.

Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks.
