As the first point of contact for visitors and callers, you’ll play a key role in maintaining smooth office operations while providing exceptional customer service. If you're detail-oriented, professional, and ready to step into a position with long-term potential—we want to meet you!
Schedule: Mon - Fri, 8AM to 5PM
Pay: $18-$20/hr
Note: This position entails a vast amount of inbound and outbound calls. Those with experience taking large volumes of calls and are comfortable making them are encouraged to apply.

Provide administrative support to the recruiting team, including document preparation, data entry, and internal communications.

Prepare and format reports, resumes, and documentation using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
