As the first point of contact for visitors and callers, you’ll play a key role in maintaining smooth office operations while providing exceptional customer service. If you're detail-oriented, professional, and ready to step into a position with long-term potential—we want to meet you!   

Schedule: Mon - Fri, 8AM to 5PM  

Pay: $18-$20/hr

Note: This position entails a vast amount of inbound and outbound calls. Those with experience taking large volumes of calls and are comfortable making them are encouraged to apply.

✨ Key Responsibilities:  

  • Greet and assist all visitors and incoming calls with professionalism, warmth, and efficiency.  

  • Coordinate account/office activities including taking walk-ins, applicant check-ins, and profile management.  

  • Provide administrative support to the recruiting team, including document preparation, data entry, and internal communications.  

  • Actively manage Google reviews from clients and associates to support our reputation and online visibility.  

  • Maintain an organized and professional desk and lobby area.  

  • Prepare and format reports, resumes, and documentation using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).  

  • Take initiative to streamline office processes and enhance the client and associate experience.

✅ Desired Skills & Qualifications:  

  • Previous experience in an office or account management role preferred  

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills  

  • Comfortable answering large volumes of phone calls and working with scheduling tools  

  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, data entry)  

  • Professional appearance and attitude  

  • Ability to multitask and stay organized
