Position Overview: Construction Laborer – Centralia, WA
Looking to build your skills—and your future? We’re hiring Construction Laborers for multiple projects in the Centralia, WA area. These positions offer full-time hours, hands-on work, and the chance to be part of a crew that takes pride in getting the job done right.

Pay: $18.00–$22.00/hour (DOE & jobsite placement)
What You’ll Do:

Assist with general construction tasks including site prep, cleanup, material handling, and tool use

Support carpenters, framers, or equipment operators on active job sites

Load/unload supplies and help maintain a clean, safe work zone

Follow all site safety guidelines and instructions from supervisors

What You Bring:

Comfortable working outdoors and on your feet all day

Must be 18+ and able to pass a background check (if required by site)
