Schedule: 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM Thursday - Monday
Position Summary:
You must have reliable transportation to get to the location of the resort. WEEKENDS ARE NON-NEGOTIABLE! THURSDAY-MONDAY IS THE SCHEDULE!
Do you love meeting new people, solving problems, and creating memorable guest experiences? We are hiring Guest Specialists to support operations at two beautiful resort properties located in Mossyrock, WA and Silver Creek, WA.
This position is perfect for individuals who are friendly, detail-oriented, and passionate about hospitality. As a Guest Specialist, you will be responsible for welcoming guests, managing reservations, processing payments, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations — all while working in a scenic, outdoor-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Guest Relations

Provide a warm, concierge-style welcome during guest check-in and check-out.

Serve as the first point of contact for visitors; answer questions and offer helpful information about the park and surrounding area.

Address guest concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive and comfortable stay.
Reservations & Administration

Manage reservations for RV sites, tent camping, and motel rooms through phone, email, and online booking platforms.

Process payments accurately using POS systems (credit, debit, and cash).

Maintain accurate records, logs, and daily reporting.

Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries in a friendly, helpful manner.
Park Operations

Help enforce park rules and maintain community standards in a respectful and consistent manner.

Assist in coordinating with vendors, contractors, maintenance, and the corporate office to ensure facility needs are met.

Perform retail transactions at the on-site convenience store.
Housekeeping Support

Assist with basic housekeeping of guest areas, including motel rooms, bathrooms, and showers.

Help maintain cleanliness and readiness of common facilities.
Qualifications:

Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or front desk work preferred but not required.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Comfortable handling payments and using computers or booking software.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Willingness to take initiative and solve problems with a guest-first attitude.

Must be available to work the scheduled shift of 11:00 AM to 7:30 PM.
