Job Full Description
Express Employment Professionals of Everett are seeking a skilled Flow Bench Operator for a company in Arlington, WA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inspecting, testing, and calibrating fuel injection systems and related equipment to ensure they meet precise standards. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong technical skills and a commitment to maintaining high-quality performance and safety standards. This position operates on a day shift schedule of Monday-Thursday 6:00 a.m.- 4:30 p.m. Starting pay is $25 per hour.
Key Responsibilities:
- Regularly inspect and test fuel injection systems and related equipment to ensure they meet precise standards.
- Perform routine calibration on fuel injection servos, flow dividers, and nozzles to verify their performance and accuracy.
- Troubleshoot and repair calibration and testing equipment as needed to ensure continuous operation.
- Record and document calibration and test data, ensuring all records are accurate and up-to-date.
- Ensure all calibration certificates and records comply with industry standards and regulations.
- Work closely with engineers to address any issues related to instrument performance and accuracy.
- Follow strict safety procedures and guidelines during all calibration processes to maintain a safe working environment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in inspecting, testing, and calibrating fuel injection systems is preferred.
- Strong technical skills and familiarity with calibration instruments and techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, diagrams, and instructions.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Good manual dexterity and physical stamina for prolonged periods of standing, bending, lifting, and carrying objects.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Successful candidates will be asked to submit to an FAA drug screen and background check.
