Job Full Description
Express Employment Professionals of Everett is hiring a Wiring Assembler for a client in Everett, WA. This is a fulltime, permanent position working day shift hours in for a company that does medical equipment manufacturing. The schedule is 7 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. Monday - Friday.
The Wire Assembler will perform assembling and wiring of equipment, such as chairs, delivery systems, and lighting units. This role typically encompasses tasks like reading wiring diagrams, connecting electrical components, and ensuring the functionality and safety of the assembled products.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Electrical Assembly: Interpreting wiring diagrams and schematics to assemble electrical components.
- Component Installation: Mounting and securing electrical parts within equipment.
- Quality Assurance: Testing completed assemblies to ensure they meet safety and performance standards.
- Troubleshooting: Identifying and resolving issues in electrical assemblies.
- Documentation: Maintaining records of assembly processes and any modifications made.
Skills and Qualifications
- Technical Proficiency: Experience with electrical systems and the ability to read technical diagrams.
- Attention to Detail: Ensuring precision in wiring to prevent malfunctions.
- Manual Dexterity: Skillful use of hand tools for assembling components.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Effectively diagnosing and fixing assembly issues
Successful candidates must be able to read English and submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen. Starting pay is $18+ per hour, depending on previous experience.
