Job Full Description
Express Employment Professionals of Everett is hiring a Dispatcher for an engineering firm located in Arlington, WA. This full-time position offers a pay range of $25-$33 per hour and operates on a day shift schedule, Monday through Friday. The Dispatcher will be responsible for answering phone calls and generating the next day's schedule using Salesforce. Strong people skills are essential for handling customer interactions and collaborating effectively with our inspectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls and manage customer inquiries.
- Generate and manage daily schedules using Salesforce.
- Coordinate with inspectors and ensure efficient dispatching.
Qualifications:
- Experience with Salesforce is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with a team.
