Express Employment Professionals of Everett is offering you the opportunity to step into a hands-on role with room to grow as a Machine Operator. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with precision equipment and thrives in a team-oriented setting.
The Machine Operator role is all about operating and learning to manage production machinery in a team-focused environment, with an emphasis on quality, safety, and precision.
· Pay range: $21.50+ per hour PLUS an additional $1/hour for evening shifts
· Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 3 p.m. to 1:30 a.m.
· Benefits: Benefits package includes health, dental, and vision care.
· Additional perks: Year-end bonus opportunity, profit sharing, and a retirement savings plan with matching contributions.
· Location: Sultan, WA

- Following clear instructions and safety guidelines to ensure smooth operation of machinery.
- Meeting production goals suited for those new to the role.
- Gaining familiarity with various component sizes, materials, and finishes.
- Learning to handle materials safely and efficiently using the appropriate tools.
- Performing visual checks to confirm quality standards are met.
- Staying on pace with production schedules and physical job requirements.
