Express Employment Professionals is seeking a skilled and motivated Lead Fence Installer to join a local fencing company. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, leading a team, and delivering high-quality results in the field.
Lead Fence Installer – Commercial Projects
Location: Puget Sound Region
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday (Day Shift)
Pay: $28–$37 per hour

What You’ll Do:
As the Lead Fence Installer, you’ll be responsible for managing and executing commercial fencing projects from start to finish. This includes:
- Leading a crew on-site and ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards
- Reading and interpreting blueprints, site plans, and technical drawings
- Installing a variety of fencing systems including chain link, ornamental iron, vinyl, and wood
- Coordinating materials, tools, and crew logistics for each job
- Preparing job sites by clearing debris and removing existing fencing
- Measuring and marking fence lines, digging post holes, and setting posts
- Installing fencing and gates with precision and attention to structural integrity
- Maintaining accurate records of labor hours, materials used, and project changes
- Representing the company professionally during client interactions
- Ensuring job sites are clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in commercial fence installation and crew leadership
- Ability to read and interpret construction documents and blueprints
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Valid Washington State driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Reliable transportation and current insurance
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- Familiarity with construction methods and material estimating
- Experience with conflict resolution and team coordination
