Job Full Description
Express Employment Professionals of Everett is hiring a Industrial Sales Representative with experience in mechanical hydraulics and component systems. This is a fulltime, permanent position with no cold calling—just real support for customers who need technical help or parts.
Enjoy a regular day shift scheduled working Monday – Friday. Pay is $28 - $30 per hour plus benefits once hired on.
Schedule
- Monday to Friday
- Choose from:
• 6:30 AM – 3:30 PM (1-hour lunch)
• 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (1-hour lunch)
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound customer inquiries about parts and components
- Provide technical support and basic troubleshooting over the phone
- Identify and recommend appropriate parts based on customer needs
- Work with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment
- Maintain knowledge of hydraulic and mechanical systems
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records
Qualifications
- Experience or education in mechanical hydraulics or a related field
- Strong understanding of hydraulic systems and mechanical components
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to interpret part numbers and technical specifications
- Inside sales or customer service experience preferred
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, technical environment
A pre-employment drug screen and background check required upon hire.
