Job Full Description
Express Employment Professionals of Everett is recruiting a Material Prep / Cleaner / Painter for a successful family-owned company in the Arlington area. This is a permanent, full-time position with a company that prides itself on superior company culture while creating excellent industrial products.
Location: Arlington, WA | Schedule: Monday–Friday, 12:30 PM – 9:00 PM
Pay: $22 – $26 per hour, depending on experience, plus benefits
Enjoy working in a clean, organized shop that prioritizes safety and teamwork!
Key Responsibilities
- Clean large products using a wire brush and chisel
- Operate an airless painter to apply a prime coat over metal surfaces
- Use a grinder to prepare materials for finishing
- Learn to operate a structural overhead crane (no prior experience required)
- Become certified to operate a forklift to move and restage products
Skills & Qualifications
- Ability to work in a physically active environment
- Willingness to learn new tools and equipment
- Strong attention to detail and safety
- Reliable work history and a team-oriented attitude
