Job Full Description
Express Employment Professionals of Everett is hiring an HSE Manager for a leading aerospace manufacturing facility located in Everett, WA. Starting pay is $43 per hour. This is a full-time, direct hire position on day shift, working Monday – Friday.
As the HSE Manager, you will lead all Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) initiatives at the site, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and client standards. You will also oversee facility operations and maintenance, driving continuous improvement and promoting a culture of safety and sustainability.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company HSE policies and standards
- Conduct audits, inspections, and risk assessments; manage corrective actions
- Develop and implement local HSE improvement plans and training programs
- Lead incident investigations and root cause analyses
- Maintain HSE documentation and reporting systems
- Oversee facility operations, maintenance, and capital improvement projects
- Promote lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of HSE experience in a manufacturing environment, including 1+ year in a leadership role
- Cal/OSHA 30-Hour Certification and Safety professional certification preferred
- Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with continuous improvement principles
- Aerospace or aircraft manufacturing experience is a plus
