Job Full Description
Express Employment Professionals of Everett is hiring a Residential Support Coordinator for an in-patient addiction treatment center located in Everett, WA. Starting pay is $20.24 per hour. This is a full-time, permanent Evaluation Hire position on swing shift, working 3:00 p.m. – 11:30 p.m. Wednesday–Saturday, with Saturday being a double shift.
Job Details:
This is an office and client-facing role that supports the daily operations of a residential addiction treatment facility. The Residential Support Coordinator ensures a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for clients while assisting with basic administrative and facility tasks. The ideal candidate is friendly, alert, and dependable, with a strong sense of responsibility and compassion.
Please Note: COVID vaccination is required for this role.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Monitoring client safety and facility activity during swing shift hours
- Heating and serving food (food handler’s permit required – can be obtained online for $10)
- Assisting with laundry, bedding changes, and keeping common areas tidy
- Preparing breakfast and light meals for clients
- Basic reception duties and light data entry
- Supporting intake paperwork and appointment coordination (when covering day shifts)
- Assisting with emergency procedures such as fire drills
- Enforcing facility rules including limited cell phone use during shift
- Maintaining a calm, professional demeanor and being helpful to all clients and visitors
