Express Employment Professionals of Everett is hiring Machine Operators for a production facility in Marysville, WA. These are evaluation-to-hire positions with opportunities on both 1st and 2nd shifts. Pay starts at $22–$23 per hour, depending on shift.
Available Shifts:

1st Shift: 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM, Monday through Thursday | $22/hr
-
2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 1:30 AM, Monday through Thursday | $23/hr
Job Summary: Machine Operators are responsible for operating a computer-controlled production system to process raw materials in a mix room. This role ensures the production line runs efficiently and meets quality standards. Duties include machine setup, monitoring, troubleshooting, and coordination with material handlers and heavy equipment operators.
Key Responsibilities:

Operate a computer-controlled production system for mixing raw materials

Coordinate with material handlers and heavy equipment operators to maintain material flow

Set up, calibrate, and monitor machines for optimal performance

Ensure correct roll stock is used and perform necessary machine adjustments

Conduct quality checks including weighing and volume measurements
-
Maintain accurate production records and documentation

Perform housekeeping duties to keep work areas clean and safe

Operate a forklift to transport materials (as needed)

Follow all safety protocols and report maintenance issues

Perform all other duties as assigned
Requirements:
-
Previous experience in machine operation or manufacturing preferred
-
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment

Willingness to work mandatory overtime, including weekends and holidays

Must have six months of recent work experience and provide two work references
