What you'll do:
- Operate CNC and manual machines to produce high-quality parts
- Cut and shape steel using industrial saws
- Inspect parts to ensure they meet exact specifications
- Handle raw materials and keep production moving smoothly
- Work with the Shop Lead to hit production goals
- Stay active: Stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Keep it safe and organized: Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean workspace
What You Bring
- Experience with general CNC machines and manual machine setup and operation
- Ability to read and interpret engineering prints
- Strong attention to detail and precision
- Physical stamina and reliability
- A team-first attitude and willingness to learn
