Job Full Description
Express Employment Professionals is hiring an Overhead Crane Operator / Material Prep Technician for a booming industrial client in Arlington, WA. This is a permanent, full‑time position with a family‑founded company that prides itself on excellent culture, long‑term stability, and high‑quality products.
Pay is $22–$26 per hour based on skills and abilities, plus full benefits once hired on. The facility is clean, organized, and safety‑focused. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 6:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m., with overtime available every other Saturday.
The Overhead Crane Operator / Material Prep Technician will:
• Use a stationary overhead crane to safely “fly” material from workstation to workstation
• Assist with material handling using a forklift as needed
• Evacuate and restage areas to support processing and fabrication
• Load or charge fitting and welding stations with product
• Unload completed product
• Maintain safe, smooth, and efficient material flow throughout the shop
Successful candidates have a solid work history, transferable skills, and reliable attendance. Applicants will be asked to provide 1–2 professional references.
