Express Employment Professionals of Everett is hiring a Quality Control Manager for an expanding aerospace manufacturing, chemical processing, and coating company located in Everett, WA. Starting pay is $72,000–$95,000 per year. This is a full-time, permanent position on day shift working Monday–Friday.
We are seeking experienced a Quality professional with an aerospace background. This role supports both Director-level quality leadership and hands-on Quality Engineering functions within spaceflight hardware production, surface preparation, painting, and coating operations.
Duties include but are not limited to:
• Overseeing and managing all quality functions in an aerospace environment, including auditing, document control, corrective actions, and root cause analysis.
• Ensuring all spaceflight hardware meets AS9100, NADCAP, Boeing D1‑4426, customer requirements, and internal standards.
• Leading quality planning, inspections, process control, and validation of paint, coating, and surface prep procedures.
• Monitoring environmental controls, material handling, traceability, cure cycles, and compliance with drawings and specifications.
• Collaborating with engineering, manufacturing, and suppliers to drive continuous improvement and achieve defect‑free, flight‑ready hardware.
• Utilizing Excel, Word, and MRP systems to manage quality documentation and reporting.
• Communicating effectively in both written and verbal formats.
