Production Associate – Parts Hanging/Finishing (Evaluation Hire)

Express Employment Professionals of Everett is hiring a Production Associate – Parts Hanging/Finishing for a local manufacturing company. This is an evaluation-to-hire opportunity offering steady hours and a team-oriented warehouse environment.
This role focuses on preparing, hanging, inspecting, and handling parts through the production process. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, follow safety procedures, and take pride in keeping work organized and clean.
Pay & Schedule
- Pay: $21.00 per hour
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday
Primary Responsibilities
- Hang parts securely onto racks or hooks for processing
- Remove finished parts from racks after processing
- Inspect parts for defects (scratches, damage, coating inconsistencies)
- Organize parts by job order or batch
- Move racks and materials between work areas (using carts as needed)
- Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area
- Support general production tasks as assigned
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Frequent lifting, carrying, and repetitive motion
- Ability to move racks and materials throughout the facility
Key Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures
- Dependable with good attendance
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
