Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Production Team Lead for a small, growing pet treats company in Arlington.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys staying busy, takes pride in quality work, and can help keep a small team organized and productive. The environment is casual, team-oriented, and hands-on. Most of your day will be spent packaging and preparing pet treats while helping coordinate workflow and supporting a small crew of employees.
What You'll Do
- Package and prepare pet treats for shipment
- Help keep production organized and on schedule
- Train and support team members as needed
- Monitor quality and accuracy of finished products
- Pitch in wherever needed to help the team succeed
What We're Looking For
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable in a fast-paced production environment
- Positive attitude and team-first mindset
- Prior manufacturing, warehouse, production, or lead experience is helpful but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet throughout the shift
