Express Employment Professionals is hiring an Order Picker / Warehouse Associate for a medical supply company in Everett. This is a full-time, evaluation-hire opportunity offering steady hours, long-term potential, and a team-oriented work environment.
Please Note: This location is not accessible by public transit and there are no sidewalks leading to the facility. Reliable transportation is required.
Responsibilities
- Pick orders accurately using an RF scanner.
- Label, package, and prepare products for shipment.
- Palletize and shrink-wrap completed orders.
- Stock shelves and maintain inventory organization.
- Perform heavy lifting, stacking, and material handling tasks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Work efficiently to meet productivity and accuracy goals.
Requirements
- Minimum of 6 months of recent warehouse experience, including order picking.
- Experience using RF scanners preferred.
- Ability to lift and move 50-60 lbs consistently throughout the shift.
- Comfortable climbing ladders and working on your feet for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Must submit to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
