Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Warehouse Supervisor for a local industrial company in Everett, WA. This hands-on leadership role is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory control, material handling, safety, and employee supervision. The ideal candidate has warehouse leadership experience, strong inventory management skills, forklift experience, and a commitment to operational excellence. This is a long-term, permanent position. 

Pay is $33 per hour to start. Day shift Monday - Friday. 

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, picking, packing, and material handling
• Lead, train, and support warehouse employees through coaching, scheduling, and performance feedback
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, discrepancy investigations, and ERP transactions
• Coordinate returns and ensure materials are routed and processed efficiently
• Monitor workload, backlog, and scheduling needs to support on-time delivery
• Operate forklifts and ensure compliance with all warehouse safety standards
• Assist with light assembly and service-related work as needed
• Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and safety
• Support operational goals related to inventory accuracy, shipping performance, and customer satisfaction
• Communicate effectively with customers, sales teams, management, and vendors
• Support process improvement initiatives and operational efficiency

Qualifications

• Previous Warehouse Supervisor, Warehouse Lead, or Distribution Supervisor experience
• Shipping and receiving experience
• Inventory control, cycle count, and inventory accuracy experience
• Forklift operation experience
• ERP system experience preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to prioritize workload and support team performance
• High attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction

Preferred Experience

• Industrial, manufacturing, warehouse, or distribution environment
• Inventory management and logistics experience
• Process improvement and warehouse operations leadership
