Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Line Operator for a production company in Marysville, WA. This is a great opportunity for someone with manufacturing or machine operation experience who is looking for a long-term career with a stable schedule and a four-day workweek. This is a full-time, permanent role with a brief probationary period through Express.
In this role, you'll operate and monitor production equipment, ensure product quality, support material flow throughout the facility, and help maintain safe and efficient manufacturing operations.
- Location: Marysville, WA
- Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 5:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.
- Pay: $26.00 per hour
- Type: Full-Time | Permanent
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor computer-controlled production and mixing equipment
- Set up, adjust, calibrate, and troubleshoot production machinery
- Ensure production meets quality, safety, and performance standards
- Perform quality inspections and routine equipment checks
- Coordinate material flow and maintain inventory levels
- Complete production records, reports, and daily checklists
- Operate a forklift and assist with material handling as needed
- Perform housekeeping, safety audits, and basic preventative maintenance tasks
- Report equipment issues and support continuous production operations
- Follow all company safety procedures and operating guidelines
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing, machine operation, or production experience preferred
- Ability to operate, monitor, and troubleshoot production equipment
- Forklift experience preferred or ability to become certified
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to accurately complete production records and documentation
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to lift, bend, stand, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
Process begins with interviewing with Express, then an on-site interview at the client location to see the work in action. Onboarding is through Express until the probationary period is complete. Successful candidates will be required to submit to pre-employment screenings in accordance with company requirements.
